Banker & Client handshake

As we pass the midpoint of 2025, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make the first half of the year such a memorable success. We celebrated Bank of Bozeman’s 20th anniversary and were honored to be recognized in the Bozeman Choice Awards for the first time, both incredible milestones made possible by your continued support.

I hope you had a chance to attend our annual Client Appreciation BBQ last month. It was a joy to gather with so many of you, and we’d love to hear your feedback – what you enjoyed most and how we can make next year’s event even better.

This summer also brought meaningful developments in the financial world. The recent passage of the GENIUS Act marks a major step in regulating stablecoins, digital assets typically pegged to the U.S. dollar. This new law introduces federal oversight, reserve requirements, and added consumer protections, signaling a shift in how digital payments may evolve alongside traditional banking. We’re closely monitoring these changes to ensure we continue delivering secure, forward-thinking services.

Looking ahead, there is also growing discussion about the future leadership of the Federal Reserve as Chairman Jerome Powell’s term approaches its end. Markets are watching closely for indications of whether continuity or change lies ahead in monetary policy.

At Bank of Bozeman, our mission remains unchanged: to serve you with integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to our community. Thank you for your continued trust and for allowing us to be your partner in all things banking.
